There are certain features which we always adhere when we take up insulation works at the projects
1.We neither draw mobilization advance nor any other ad hoc advances (Such as against the delivery of material).
2. Within a week after receiving the purchase order / work order from the customer, we mobilize the work at project subject to the availability of fronts.
3. Strictly comply with the completion schedules of the customer.
4. Statutory obligations related to labor laws, rules and regulations act shall be complied such as labor license, minimum wages, PF, ESI and WC Policy.
5. Rules related to transit of materials for interstate assignment shall be well cared accordingly.
6. Manufacture’s Test Certificate shall be sent along with materials according to the requirement of customer.
7. All basic materials required for insulation works shall be subject to relevant IS- Standards.
8. IS- 14164 of 1994 edition shall be followed for the billing measurements.
9. We undertake to discharge special works such as IN-SITU foam filling into the jacketed cavities, spray insulation over the uneven surfaces of turbine and application of ceramic wool blanket lining to the walls of kilns, boilers and furnaces. For the insulation of chillers, condensers and brine tanks, the customer may go for phenotherm slabs/pipe sections also in the place of PUF-Products as higher graded insulation.
10. Disciplinary rules and regulations of the plant / Projects shall be strictly followed.
11. Accommodation and conveyance for the working crew will be arranged by us.
